En la piel, la glicerina sirve para ayudar a proteger la piel de las agresiones gracias a su carácter oclusivo-emoliente, para hidratar la piel y como humectante. Ayuda a evitar la pérdida transepidérmica de agua y a retener el agua en la piel.</span></p>
